@Neil_Hoffman if you want some examples of indexed and synchronized 4th axis work check out the Knight and Santa I have posted here.

  • Santa has a bunch of indexed work then synchronized work for surfacing at the end.
  • Knight is originally turned on a lathe then I Indexed the piece in multiple orientations to finish it on the mill.
