Sometimes when reseting the Z axis on my Tormach 1100m the motor will fault . I emd up going through the reset again and again until it resets correctly. Does anyone know why this is happening? Thank you.

I see you already have a case open with Craig. Just to clarify, do you have an 1100M or 1100MX? Looks like you listed M here, but MX in your case.

I have a similar issue 1100MX Z axis fault. Will Happen while jogging in negative direction and in the middle of a program. Set up a new job today and Every time Z axis would move to safe position it would “Z Axis motor Fault” …this would be accompanied by the z axis going into full rapid right before the fault. this could easily cause a bad crash.
