I just updated my post processor in Fusion360, and all of a sudden every file I create adds an M0 with (Manual tool change) comment, despite having an ATC. I know the tools are in the ATC, but this is only happening on the first operation of every program. I tested it with old CAM files and the results are the same. An example of what is happening below:
N10 (Bore1)
M0
(MANUAL TOOL CHANGE TO T101)
T101 G43 H101 M6
S5100 M3 M8
Check the post processor tab for the tool. Make sure manual tool change is unchecked. This has been popping up a lot lately on the Fusion facebook group.
As long as you have a paid fusion license, that should fix your issues. If you have a free license, tool changes were eliminated as a feature in early 2023 so each new tool has to be posted as a separate program.
