Anyone experiencing unanswered support tickets ? I lodged one on the 17th June and it’s now the 30th with no reply … ?
I would say it probably got lost somehow. In my experience tormach support is second to none. That said what’s wrong and maybe the community can help. Although some of us are like 5 year olds with ADD (wandering but benign).
