I work for a company in Lehi Utah and make caps for probes for devices that treat cervical cancer. We have set parameters that we must stay in. Lately no matter what I do, whether it is adjust the onsets, replace tips, or redo a touch test, I cannot get back into where we need to be. Before we get it onsite training we would love to find someone locally who can help us out.
I might be able to talk you through a few things that might help. Long distance trouble shooting of sorts.
