Tormach 8L tailstock alignment

The tailstock on my 8L seems to be a little bit off on the X Axis. How do I adjust it back to center ?
I see a couple of set screws on the Tail Stock, which one should I use to adjust on the X-Axis.

Sandeep,

You use a combination of both screws to do the adjustment. If both screws are cracked loose, tightening on a specific side, will shift the tailstock to that direction.

Thanks for the response, there is a set screw at the back of the tail stock , does this need to be loosened for this adjustment ?

This set screw on either side of the tailstock, are the two screws you will be utilizing.

Yeah, mine was off by several thousands also…brand new machine, first tailstock use. Whoever is doing the QC reports on these things are fudging the numbers a bit … …at least on the tailstocks.
