Speed vs accuracy / Stiction = How slow is too slow?

So I have found that running about 380mm/min gives the best accuracy some of the time. Depending on a million things. But the machine definitely gives better accuracy when it’s constantly moving all 3 axis. I am wondering where the where the threshold of slower feed more accurate meets stiction. Also does the controller do any compensation for inertial movement (acceleration, deceleration)? Or is that all up to lead in out type adjustments?
