Slow jog no matter the setting?

I occasionally after a restart have a situation where regardless of the slider position the table and head only jog in one speed. Has anyone seen this? Suggestions?

I want to add that if I shut the machine down completely and restart it returns to normal.

yes it usually occurs right from start up fully referenced and ready to go.

How are you jogging? If you are using the keyboard to jog there is separate slider that governs kb jogging.

Regardless of slider position, it moves at the same speed 1% or 100% is the same speed. Again, it is intermittent and a full restart cures it.

If you manually move the mill with a g00 x## y## command does it move rapid?
