Well, it took me a while but I have a file to share.
Here is a link to the Fusion360 file for this project. It includes original STL, the models for the stand and soft-jaws, plus all of the tool paths. I reduced the resolution of the original STL so that I could get Fusion to create the surfacing tool path. The original STL came from Thingiverse but that was a while ago and I don’t have the exact link to credit.

Tool Holders:
- General tool holders with the following exceptions:
- T9 is the 3/8" end mill except in an ER16M tool holder with the tool pulled out more than normal
- the 1/8" tools are held in an AB Tools Accu-hold tool extender. Accu-Holds Standard | AB Tools, Inc.
Santa Cam Overview:
I broke the roughing into a several different tool paths for a few reasons:
- to take softer cuts way out on the un-supported end
- to remove material in “layers” to clear the way for cutting later on where the tool holder would collide otherwise.
- once the roughing is done I came in with the 1/8" Ball running 10K RPM, 0.002" feed per tooth, and 0.002" step over.
