Just started happening on a PCNC 1100 Series 3. Normal start up procedure , but now reset will not engage communication (trigger relay). Or seems the machine needs to warm up a bit but then still becomes erratic and reset will drop out(begin flashing). Will then need to press reset a number of times and re- reference. Machine has about 1600Hrs on the spindle. never crashed. in a humidity controlled room. no issues at all, but this new glitch.
suspect control board. anyone else had something similar?
E stop magnetic interlock. Sometimes the connections get build up and could use a spray of electronics cleaner. Not sure if the relay is open for spraying though. Sometimes they are sealed up tight and can’t be opened.

It might already be resolved, but we had this issue last year at some point on a 770PCNC. It’s likely a relay. We harvested one from one of our 440s and then got a replacement from Tormach (PN 32639). I assume it’s the same across all older Tormachs as well as your 1100.
