Rapidturn help

Hello, We just installed a rapidturn on our 770M. Had a problem with the encoder but support took care of that. Went to run a test part with a facing op and an OD turning op. We are using Fusion 360, when we upload the program, the monitor shows the facing op starting at the bottom of the part. When the OD turning op started, it was at the bottom of the part. If the tool was in it would have crashed. Any ideas? Thank you!

Without seeing your program I’m guessing you have your WCO improperly configured on your setup in fusion. Triple check all of your axis are selected and pointed in the right orientation.

I’ve attached a copy of the program. I’m new the lathe portion of 360. Been using the mill portion for a few years.

I poked around with this for a bit and didn’t see anything obvious. Before I got my 8L I had a RT on my 770M and dug up one of the projects I did on that setup. Here is one of the last projects I did before bringing the 8L up. Maybe you can compare the setups to find why yours is cutting in X- instead of X+?
Setup: a_small is the turning setup.
