I’m using Path Pilot Hub in a classroom setting. Can a student create a program in the virtual hub environment and copy it to a flash drive. Then we want to open the program to do additional editing and testing.
I know the machine can copy to and from PPhub, not sure if you can copy from the web interface. I’m sure you can cut and paste. I’ll try to look later. Maybe someone else knows.
Yes. When in the hub environment and make a program have the student move the file from the “machine" into the hub. Then they can download it from hub to the machine to run/ edit the program.
Protip. ADMIN SETTINGS BACKUP and RESTORE will allow you to maintain the controller config on the hub machine
Continuing with what Davie said, once the file has been added into the hub from the virtual machine, you can access the hub files from a web browser as well to download to a computer rather than a physical machine,
The opposite is also possible, upload via web interface from a PC/Mac/Linux, then load the program into a virtual machine in hub.
