I recently bought a used 1100mx, got it to the shop and started setting it up.
I am looking for help for some issues that has come up.
First the rubber feet pads are falling apart,
Do i need to order more or is there something that others have used.
2nd the power adaptor for the path pilot console is missing or mixed up with other adaptors at the shop.
Does anyone have a pic of the power adaptor or the info if there is one i can buy from amazon or best buy.
3rd lost key for panel box in the back, it is locked shut.
Again does anyone have a pic of the key. Can tormach replace the key with serial numbers. Or should i drill it out and just change it out for an amazon key.
You can probably just glue some acoustic mat or old tires to the bottom of the feet pads. They aren’t special.

You might be able to get a wrench through that little knockout on the side of the cabinet and loosen that bolt, sometimes the bolt is loose already. Also the lock could be picked in a couple minutes. No numbers on the key or lock. Could be drilled easy too.

The above comment from @Dr_Harold_Jones is correct, but I wanted to add that we are unfortunately not able to replace lost keys to the electrical cabinet since the locks are not serialized. We sell replacement locks from our website at: Tormach Consumables - Cabinet latch & key - SKU 30467 but a lock from Amazon would work just fine as well.
