I am working on making a clock and I am milling screws for it. Just got done milling #0 screws using the microarc on a 1100 series 3. Thankfully Fusion have improved their 4th axis operations, which really made this easier. Here is a link to the video.

Nice video. Fortunately Fusion is getting better and better. I am happy about the improved 4th axis functionality too.
Fusion is really improving. The 4th axis support has improved significantly over the past year. I am having an issue with the tip offset for ball endmills on 4th axis operations which I may do a video on. A video would explain it much better than a lot of text.
