Spindle on my PCNC 1100 just reversed in the muddle of a cut and now it wont turn in the correct direction.
Check for loose vfd wires.
I did and they are tight
I would check to make sure there isn’t a M04 in there somehow. Probably open a ticket. I’m not that familiar with the 1100 but it’s likely something they know how to fix.
I don’t know specifically how the VFD is programmed in that machine, but often there is an analog signal for speed and a digital one for direction. If that’s the case, and if the direction signal is high for M03, it’s possible the other side of the direction signal wire has come loose or shorted somehow but without the exact signal protocols and a wiring diagram, I couldn’t direct you any further than that.
I would definitely suggest opening a ticket.
