Lubrication for PCNC 440 power draw bar and fogbuster

My PCNC 440 is set up with a power drawbar. Reading the instructions, it says to lubricate it with common air tool oil. The previous owner set it up with a Campbell Hausfeld (Model PA207802) lubricator. I noticed that it has the same air running to a FogBuster coolant setup on the machine as well. Is there any problem if the lubricant goes through the FogBuster as well as the power drawbar? I don’t know if that will cause a problem for the fogger or just be additional lubricant for the machine while running.

Do I need to split the air before the lubricator, or will it work fine the way it is?

What I’m most concerned about in that setup is wasting air tool oil into the fog buster, I hadn’t really thought about the ramifications of the added oil on the part.

I rarely use this machine and don’t expect to use a lot of oil, but I think I will have to work out a way to split the air before the lubrication system.

Yeah , reduce tramp oil in the coolant.

I run flood all the time. With a home depot water filter. No re cutting of chips.

Thanks. Since this is a Tormach FogBuster and not a recirculating flood coolant setup, it won’t get back to the container. Just the initial pass through the container to pick up coolant as it heads to the fogger. But I will work on separating the air lines anyway since it shouldn’t pass through it at all.
