I need the schematic from this board to the control panel. Pcnc1100 series 3.
Wires J3-1 to J3-16
Or at least where they connect onto the control panel.
I would gladly PayPal someone for their effort.

Looks like page.282 of the manual. You can download the whole manual from tormach site.
Assuming this is a 1100mx
I have an series 3 1100. It is not the same. It’s also not in the manual. There is a schematic, but not of that control board.
Doesn’t look like that part number is present in the official github. Do you have a multimeter or a test light? Based on the picture, that board is nothing more than a breakout for the ribbon cable. Each pin of the black plastic connector likely goes directly to a screw terminal. With a dmm or test light it would be trivial to probe each one and see where it goes. 5 minutes tops and you’d be done.
I don’t want to power this on until I figure it out.
I only need to find out where these go.
J3-6
J3-7
J3-15
J3-16
Can someone trace this on their machine?
The wires lead from the board on this picture to somewhere…on the control panel or acc out I believe
Pcncn1100 machine.
The wires are not connected to anything because my helper took it apart. That is why I can’t test them.
You should open a ticket to support. It’s just a diagram, if they are nice they should help you. (I hear they are nice.)
I looked I couldn’t find the diagram on the site.
This should help: https://tormach.com/media/asset/p/c/pcnc1100-3-um-c4.1_4_.pdf

Thank you all for your help. I just got this machine fixed with the help of tormach and the nice ppl on this forum. A drive doesn’t work. I need to see if there is a pin out for the a axis plug somewhere.
It was in the schematic that was there. Wiring looks correct. I will mess with it later. Thanks again everyone.
