I have been running the same programs for weeks but am now getting warnings that the program cannot complete a certain cut without gouging. If I reduce the tool radius to .005 it goes away. This is a new problem that has arisen with no other changes being made, and happens on multiple programs. Anyone see this before. Profile is generated in conversational programming in Pathpilot.
