Correcting Y/Z angle alignment

I was facing some aluminum with a TTS 4-insert face mill on my PCNC 440 and got a nearly mirror finish with it. But, I can catch my fingernail on the edge between the passes from a step on the edge of the pass. It appears that the Z axis isn’t square to the Y axis and is leaning back a tiny bit causing the facing mill to be slightly tilted backwards. I have leveled the mill and verified it is still level. I’ve had this with another type of mill and was able to shim the Y table to correct the alignment issue, but I’m not sure what needs to be done to square them up on the 440. It does seem to be square on the Z and X axis according to my dial indicator. Is there some way to shim the Y table or adjust the Z column to fix the misalignment?
