Anyone upgrade their coolant drain port on 1100mx?

The exisint plug is a M20x1.5mm threaded allen bolt plug. Not the greatest when you need to drain. Has anyone hooked up anything interesting for drainage?

I just pumped as much as I can out the back there is an (T-connector on the coolant line at the back) and drag the whole thing out. Was going to put a valve on the front but the sludge will just block it up. If there was a valve there that could take a garden hose I think I would just end up breaking it. It’s too low to drain into anything. If you put a valve on the inside and really short fitting on the outside that would be best. Then you could pump out most of the coolant, hookup the hose, open the valve and wash the rest out. But you still need to have your collection vessel lower than the drain. There’s always Freddy vac for serious cleaning.

I use a drill powered transfer pump to suck most of the coolant out, then get as much sludge and chips out as possible with a plastic hand scoop. From there, a shop vac will get the last little bit out and I can wipe everything down with rags. Sounds like a lot of steps but a drain, clean, and refill usually only takes me 30 minutes or so. And most of that is scooping and wiping. The little transfer pump takes maybe 5 minutes to pull everything out. Granted, I typically wait until I’ve had enough coolant loss from chips or evaporation that the tank is already pretty low.
