I have contacted Tormach a couple of times to know if I can buy a 5C insert, the pin for orienting the 5c collet is broken, and I need a new one, Thanks

I dont see any case open from you on this. What lathe do you have?

@Daniel_Jeffrey I am sorry you are having troubles getting a hold of the information you are after. The 5C insert for the 15L is 33325. The price (as of today) is $51 and we have them in stock. Please email Orders@tormach.com to order one of these.
