3D model of ATC fork?

Today I learned that Pathpilot does not protect the ATC rack if you command a Y move that puts the dust shoe right into the rack.

Leaving aside whether this is a case of less than ideal design, I now have 5 ATC forks that are bent beyond repair. Seeing that (i) these things sell for $29.95 each and (ii) Tormach only has 5 in stock anyway, I am thinking about making my own replacements.

Has anyone out there already made a solid model of these? They’re not beyond my ability to model but if I don’t have to, I’d rather not duplicate the work :upside_down_face:

I think everyone 3d prints them now. I have seen the cad models of them all over the place

Not sure if there are different designs for diffferent models. But they are out there.

I’ve not seen anything out there specifically for the router, only for the mills with TTS holders and maybe the rare BT30 model. If you haven’t already, it might be worth asking in some of the facebook tormach groups as they seem to have a lot more traffic than here.
