Just thought I would share. My door on the lathe felt like I was sliding it on gravel. No way to improve the smoothness on the stock setup so I came up with my own. Uses the stock Tormach 15L door mounting holes. Just drilled out a little bit and custom spacers. I used Igus Drylin linear bearings. Time will tell how this works.

@Dennis_Caudill Great work! Out of curiosity did you have the old 80/20 rails or the newer style linear rails that felt like gravel?
I guess I had the old style 80/20. Never knew there was an update. My lathe is 18 months old.
