Like all cutting operations the accuracy of the AF50+ is dependent on the blade condition and the cutting parameters so results can vary. The design of the AF50+ brings the in-feed table to a hard stop position at the end of every stroke. This provides excellent repeatability from cut to cut. Once the length is set, you can expect to see length variation as small as .05" over a run.
