I would like to import my Fusion tool library into PathPilot. From what I understand, you simply export the tool library as a CSV, the use a 3rd party converter to modify the format. ChatGPT says use:
Pro Tip: If you find manual formatting tedious, there are community-built “PathPilot Tool Converters” (like those by Matthew Malham or Tim Paterson) that automate this mapping for you.
Has anyone had any luck with these or have a better plan?

Hi Richard, I have only recently acquired a Tormach 1100MX and wanted to do the same thing. I came across this website (www.altrish.co.uk) here in the UK of someone in a similar situation and who has developed a spreadsheet for doing what you want. I have completed everything in the process except copying the CSV file back to the Tormach which I’m looking to do in the next week hopefully (dependent upon things getting a bit warmer I n the workshop where I live :-)). I thought about this shortly after I got my PCNC 1100 Series 3… I even asked about it at one of the Tormach open houses. Since then I have thought about it more. Fusion needs much more information like cutter length and shank diameter. On the mill you need the length of the holder to tool tip very accurate to get all your tools to cut to the same depth. This implies that you need data from both tool files to be merged together and then reinstalled to each program. I decided not to write a python program since they are not networked together very well…
I posted a video about how I organized the tools for my 770M on this forum in June 2025, including my process to transfer files between Fusion Tool Library and Pathpilot without loosing tool lengths.
